At Arabika, we can issue almost all powers of attorney for you, with the exception of powers of attorney relating to the purchase, sale, or distribution of real estate (houses/land). For these specific powers of attorney, you will need to make an appointment with the notary at the Moroccan consulate.

To request an appointment for authorization in connection with real estate, you will need the following documents:

  • A valid Carte Nationale for all parties involved (including the person you wish to authorize).
  • A property agreement (milkia / الملكية).
  • A certificate of inheritance (شهادة الإرث), if applicable.

With the above documents, you can make an appointment at the consulate via their website www.rdv.consulat.ma

Please note: Arabika is not responsible for incorrect or outdated information. For the most up-to-date list of required documents, we advise you to always check which documents are required for each application via the consulate's website.
