I want Arabika to make an appointment at the Moroccan consulate. How does that work?

Would you prefer Arabika to submit the request for you? That is possible. You don't have to do anything complicated yourself: we take care of the entire process for you.
Simply follow the steps below and we will ensure that your request is submitted correctly and on time to the Moroccan consulate.

Gathering documents
First, gather all the documents required for your request.

See below for the type of request you wish to submit and the accompanying documents.

• Apply for/renew Moroccan Carte Nationale
• Apply for/renew Moroccan passport
• Drawing up a power of attorney and having it legalized
• Applying for a family record book (Halamadania / Livret de famille)
• Registering child(ren) in the family record book (Halamadania / Livret de famille)
• Declaration of consent for importing a car into Morocco with a 90% discount

Once you have gathered all the documents, follow these steps:

1. Submit your request via WhatsApp
   Let us know via WhatsAppwhat you would like to make an appointment for.
   Then sendusclear and legible photos or scans of all necessary documents, including the front and back of your ID, via WhatsApp.
2. Payment via Tikkie
   You will receive a Tikkie from us. We charge €15 for this service.
   Once you have paid, send us the proof of payment via WhatsApp. As soon as we receive the payment, we will immediately start working on your request.
3. Submitting your request
   We will submit your request to the Moroccan consulate.
   We will send you the reference number for your request so that you know that everything has been submitted.
4. Waiting for approval from the consulate
   We are waiting for your request to be approved by the Moroccan consulate. As soon as your request has been approved by the Moroccan consulate, we will contact you by telephone.
5. Schedule and confirm your appointment
   During the phone call, you will indicate which day and time is most convenient for you (depending on the availability of the Moroccan consulate).
   You will then receive the appointment confirmation via WhatsApp, or you can pick it up at our office.

Please note: When you will receive an appointment and when your request will be approved depends entirely on the availability and assessment of the Moroccan consulate. Arabika can only submit your request on your behalf and has no influence on the waiting times or the final decision of the consulate.
